This is the mission of Dr. Angela Draper who started her podcast, The Virtual Principal, as a way to provide support and encouragement to other principals and aspiring leaders in the summer of 2020 when school leaders were just figuring out how to navigate teaching and leading during the pandemic.
What started as a passion project became a way for her to connect deeply with other leaders and share in their successes and struggles.
It has also lead her to creating the LeadHER Mentor Boutique for aspiring leaders.
More than a conference, it's an opportunity to interact and have engaging conversations with educational leaders.
